Key Points
Service Hour Rate: Despite the rising cost of living and competitors increasing their prices, we have decided to maintain our service rate at $70 per hour. This decision is aimed at ensuring our clients can receive the maximum possible hours within their packages.
Management Fees:
- For Levels 1 and 2, we have kept the care management fees unchanged at 25% of the total package (10% for package management and 15% for care management).
- For Levels 3 and 4, we have reduced the total care management fees to 30% (10% package and 20% care management).
Basic Daily Fees: We are more than happy to cover the basic daily fee and offer it for free to our clients.
Average management fees: The new fee structure results in a highly % competitive overall average cost of 27.5%.
Maximum Service Hours: Based on the new cost structure, our clients can receive an estimated maximum of the following service hours fortnightly:
- Level 1: 4 hours
- Level 2: 8 hours
- Level 3: 16 hours
- Level 4: 24 hours
This new costing model is designed to provide a more precise and transparent cost structure, enabling our clients to maximise their package utilisation.
